How to Change drive icon

Hi friends, now i m going to tell you  how We can change drive icon in windows 7, 8.1 and windows  10

Follow these steps

Step 1: Press win+R

Step 2: Type regedit then press Enter

Step 3: Follow path in registry

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Application\Explorer.exe\Drives\

If “Drives” folder not present then you can create it by right click on "Explorer.exe" then select "New" then Select "Key" and give name as "Drives"

Step 4: Right click on "Drives" select "New" then select "Key" give “name of drive”

Here i have set drive name "C"

Step 5: Then again right click on "C" then select "New" then select "Key" and give name "DefaultIcon"

Step 6: Double click on "Default" file that shown in right panel and set path of icon in value data

Here i have set path "C:\windows\drive.ico"

Step 7: Copy "drive.ico" icon in "C:\windows"

Now you can se changes
